I have purchased the boutique template last night via order no. 285. However even after more than 10 hours, i am still waiting for my download links to appear in my member section. can u please expedite this.

Sorry for inconvenience.

You should receive email with download link immediately after purchase. I checked now, and I can see your payment, but perhaps you didn't click Finalize button after payment.

Anyway, I am sending your download link now. Let me know if you didn't receive it.

Same issue here. Waiting 24 hours for the activation email. Submitted a support ticket yesterday evening but still no reply. Please send it on immediately. Thanks.

You account is activated yesterday and we sent an email informing you about it. Please use Commercial Templates/Extensions link under Downloads menu to download products. Please don't use shopping cart (it's for individual product orders).
