permission problem was created by tbrowne

I have bought the - HOT Joomla Carousel Pro Module and don't allow me install it. The error says JFolder::create: Could not create directory

Could you tell me wich step i have to do? wich folder I have to change permission.

Help me please

/tmp and /modules to 755, you can just chmod all joomla folders sub-folders and files to 755 . If that does not work you will have to ask your hosting provider to recreate ownership chain. Also you have to have suPHP installed on your hosting

ask your hosting provider, just tell them your site execution account can not write files.
