I am trying to recreat what I did at my other website at www.partydogz.com with the articles.

I want the article to be titled by date first such as 2012-05-25 / XXXXX

The object of this is to have all my articles in order by date of event with the most current event at the top. Basically my articles are like a calendar.

The website I am working on is www.cappysbar.com.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

The output of your Home Page perhaps comes from a component, not from Joomla . Therefore, please consult the component's developer.

I am not using a component. I am using only joomla articles for my homepage.

you can add date in article title using template override. Google maybe there is ready example.
