Yes, I've tried that. It's now set to 5, but making the scroll speed slower now seems to make the 'jerkiness' more pronounced and visible ie. it's not scrolling smoothly, which is bad from a reading point of view.

As I said, I like your scroller and it's just what I need, but if there's room for improvement than that can only be a good thing for you and your users I would have thought.
Also, re. my 2nd problem, I'm wondering if this is a conflict between Jquery and mootools - I found
this info that could maybe help, which informs about the use of the jQuery.noConflict() function when running shared libraries etc.. just an idea worth checking. I've already tried disabling the 'Load JQuery' in the scroller settings - but this stops the scroller from working.
