Picture doesn't fit the carousel space

Hallo!
the picture I have uploaded on the hot full carousel does not fit the space.



Ignoring the size of the image, the bottom is cut, and on iPhone it result cut both on right and left side.
How can I do to see the picture the same on all over the devices with any browser?
(Both the parameter of responsiveness are enabled)

Use same size of images as you set in module settings

It works on computer but not on iPhone. The image is still cut on both side, left and right. I need to see the image complete without scrolling top-bottom or left-right.

That is normal, image can not be shown in full it is cut to cover whole area.

Is possible to activate a scroll left-right in order to see the image complete?

No image is used as background image
