I tested it in from of my eyes last night and it was ok.

Try to delete its instance completely then create it again using "New" button

I don't think so.

I have: Mozilla, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera. These same problem

Hello,

We created new HotStart and uploaded it. So, please try to re-download and re-install template. We tested it and it works on our server. If it again doesn't work on your server, please give us server details (php and mysql version).
