Make sure first row in template options in layout editor has class logorow
Make sure you have logo and topmenu positions placed thereu
Make sure menu name is "topmenu"
Make sure you configure menu in template options, menu configuration

It is probably jquery conflict
you need to make sure you have one and only one jquery reference on page , since you have it with template you need to turn it off anyware else
