Hello,

I've just installed the hot newsflash module, and inserted the heading, link and info for every article i want to display. However, ther's no link in the tabs when i publish the module (link /#fragment-1 instead).

Does someone know where could the problem come from ?

(website = lyonarchi.free.fr - that's just a test site, don't bother about it !)

Thanks for any advice !

Nico

Try to set in module not to load jQuery and to use no conflict mode. If it doesn't work, you must disable content plugin "highslide" from your Joomla installation. It's in conflict with this module.

I tried both methods, but it doesn't change anything, my links in tabs are still /#fragment-1/2/3 :S

Any other idea ?

Currently you don't have jQuery included, not in template, not in module. Actually, in template you have this code:
<script type="text/javascript" src="/jquery.js"></script>

...and it's not correct as source file is not found. Delete this line in your template and enable jQuery in module parameters. Then it should work.

Also, you have 2 javascripts from JCEUtilities and caption.js. I don't think there's conflict with these, but you should check this out too.

I, too, am having this problem. I did disable jquery and enable no conflict mode. I do not have a content highslide plugin. I do not have JCE Utilities. I do have the JCE 154 editor. I also don't have a js folder which I'm assuming I'd have if there were any javascript being used.

I'm also assuming you'll be asking me further questions as you would know suspected culprits.

I had another tab problem but I found the answer here. Your solutions for Nico didn't solve mine. Too bad, so sad.
