JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup

I am trying to install hot photo and get the above message, I have unzipped the file and put it into the tmp folder and then used the extensions to try and install but I still get this message

You use wrong file. Zip you got from us contains few other zip files.

One is standalone template zip and also there is hot_start zip - recommended way of installation (which is basically whole joomla with demo data ). See our manual

This is rule for module titles in template_css.css:

div.moduletable h3, div.moduletable_menu h3, div.moduletable_text h3 {
font-size: 14px;
font-weight: normal;
text-transform: uppercase;
}

this is for articles and blog items:

h2, h2 a:link, h2 a:visited {
font-size: 18px;
font-weight: normal;
padding: 0;
margin: 0;
text-transform: uppercase;
padding-bottom: 5px;
}
