I was unable to create a ticket due to the new procedure and me just buying the one template, so I was told to use the forums.

I am currently having issues trying to download the Hot Start so my website looks just like the Demo example that I originally saw upon downloading.

Link I am using to follow directions:
demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/photo_portfo...icle&id=23&Itemid=63

Step 3 asks me to locate a URL that I am not able to open since the page says "Restricted Access".
URL: www.mgo2011.com/templates/hot_photoportfolio/index.php

Inside that path folder of index.php, there's also a file called, templateDetails.xml
Located here:
www.mgo2011.com/templates/hot_photoportf.../templateDetails.xml

I am able to see that file but not the one for index.php. I have attached my index.php file below.

Thanks again.

Your links are incorrect.

You should use www.mgo2011.com/installation/index.php

But perhaps you didn't unpack and upload files from hot_photoportfolio_hotstart.zip to your server.

I deleted Joomla. Re-installed it. Instead of uploading the template through my hosting provider like I did before, I uploaded the folder using Dreamweaver FTP and have now been able to access my page: www.mgo2011.com/joomla/index.php
The directions tell me to select my language and hit next but I am unable to see where to do that from?
Thanks.

I don't know what to say than to repeat what's already told in the instructions page: demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/photo_portfo...icle&id=23&Itemid=63

From the archive that you downloaded, extract file "hot_photoportfolio_hotstart.zip"

Unpack it on your local computer in a folder. Name this folder, in example "joomla".

Use FTP software (not Dreamweaver) like Filezilla to upload the folder "joomla" from your local computer to your server.

Then run the installer.

Do not upload plain Joomla installation. Upload our modified installation that's packed in archive "hot_photoportfolio_hotstart.zip".

Thanks for the instructions its up now. I uploaded it to the root folder and my domain is now: www.domainname.com/hot_photo_portfolio_hotstart/
Is there anyway to have the site homepage not have the extra subfolder in it, so it just says ' www.domainname.com '?
Thanks again.
