Virtuemart won't accept paypal or display properly

I have done modifications to allow the Hot Restaurant template to be used with Virtuemart. On the mobile template it now shows fairly well. However, the PC/Laptop template shows improperly sometimes. The background on some categories doesn't show properly. All categories should have a white background. On the mobile, it does. On PC's/laptops some of the categories don't display with a white background and thus aren't readable.

Here's the url of a category that does display correctly --> 67.43.1.60/~germanrestaurant/index.php/wedding-cakes.html (image attached)

Here's the url of a category that does not display correctly --> 67.43.1.60/~germanrestaurant/index.php/cakes-tortes.html (Image attached)

If either of these url's are displayed on my tablets (Droid or IPad), it displays with a white background, which is what it should do.

Additionally, I'm having an issue accepting payments. I get the message "No payment selected - Checkout Step 3 - Please select a payment method". I've configured the payments the way that I understand Joomla and Virtuemart to require, but, it doesn't work.

I have noticed one thing that may be pertinent. That is, the categories that have more items than will fit on one page seem to be the ones that don't display properly. Maybe that indicates a pagination issue, but, i don't know how to fix it.

BTW, I am using Joomla 3.3.6 and Virtuemart 3.0.0.

When you open index.php of template you will fint div with class wrapper_r , you need to put this before its closing tag:

<div style="clear:both"></div>

I found the wrapper_r header on line 517 of the index.php file. I found its closing tag on line 617. i put the statement that you gave me on line 616. It did not fix the issue. I still get the same display as before.

Any other ideas that I might try?
