I did the following:

Extensions->Module Manager
1. Disabled Header menu module,
2. Turned off login module only for login page so it don't appear twice on that page.

The solution what you said, but this way:
The Header Menu was all ready off, I went to the login module and I selected "all menus"

(Login Module) Menu Assignment
Menus: All None Select Menu Item(s) from the List
