hot_leafs_j31_unzip_first

The installation wont move.

Am I missing any file?

Inside of it you have another zip ending with ...hot_start.zip and that is one you need to unpack to site folder.

Never mind, it was the PHP version I was running.
The installation was not moving forward but I was able to install.

How do I center the top menu?
