Hi - I just installed the Hot Joomla Carousel Pro extension on a new website (using the Hot Gym template). I am using this extension on another website with no issues (Milos recently upgraded the site from v3 to v5). I configured the extension the same way (to display the latest 5 articles in a specific category). But when I set the module position (bottom1), when I publish the module and launch the website, it crashes with a "500 - something went wrong" screen (screenshot attached). I have tried various "open" module positions with the same result. Maybe someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong? I downloaded the module from the extension list, and it installed with no errors.  TIA!

Hello,

Let me know what Joomla version you are using? If it's Joomla 5, then you should have Hot Joomla Carousel Pro v4.2.0. Please confirm this. If it's not the case, please download the correct version of the module for your Joomla version.

If you are using Joomla 5 and Hot Joomla Carousel Pro v4.2.0, you can send your Joomla super user access so we can check this. You can post this on the forum privately if you select a part of the text and click the "lock" (confidential) icon.

Regards,
Milos

Hi Milos - THANK YOU for your quick reply! I am using Joomla 5.2.0. The Hot Joomla Carousel Pro is v4.2.0. I would appreciate your taking a look (the module is at position bottom1 and is unpublished). I created a superuser account for you. The website is psbwebtest.com/index.php and the administrator link is psbwebtest.com/administrator/ . The credentials are listed "confidentially" below:

Hello,

I tried to access your website's backend, but perhaps the credentials are not correct. The user account level must be set to superuser. Please check this.

Regards,
Milos

Sorry about that (I forgot to make it "superuser"). It should be all set now. Same login & password. Thanks!

Hello,

It's fixed by upgrading Joomla to the latest version and/or by reinstalling the module Hot Joomla Carousel.

Regards,
Milos
