Top menu in HotFoodSpirit Template

Normally when you click on one of the Top menus it is roll down.
When i start to make change inside the text-its stop to rolling down.
Only in menu Gallery i can change.
Why! And how fix this problem?

Can you try to describe little better?

I have a hot food spirit template - joomla 2.5
i already has installed the hotstart of this template
When i click one of the Top menus it drops down to the correct article
But, when i just open article and do some change,even one button-
i click one of the Top menus what i changed and its not working( do not drops down)
just nothing happens!
Help me please!

If you have like to let's say #something you need to have <a id="something" name="something" ... is content to mark target location. Maybe your editor removes <a.. tag because it's empty

No! Its not about this! I dont understand why!
When i open article and do something inside it( changing user or changing title or data)
its stop working.
Only in menu - gallery i can do everything and this working with this menu!
i really dont know what is this!
