I want to completely remove the DesignNow hot start installation and re-install it again from scratch.
I installed into my root directory (did not create its own folder), so how do I remove this installation without removing other unrelated, but necessary, files and/or folders/directories?
Thanks

Open zip on localhost and see which files /folders belong to it

After removing the installation completely, and re-installing the Hotstart version, I get the following message when I open the web page on my browser (per instructions). See attached.
I am very confused now. I checked that every folder & file had been installed correctly (per instructions) and now I cannot move past this point. What have I missed?
Thanks.

So, that is ok. You need to delete /installation folder and installation is finished

OK - removed the installation folder.
Now Joomla installation does not recognize any of my login ID's or passwords. See attached.
If I click on "Forgot User Name", I get the "...#1b.jpg" screen response.
Can't change anything if I can't access the back end Administration. Since this installation does not show up in my ISP`s cpanel, I can`t try to access the back end from there either.
Thanks again for your help.
