Problem on Internet Explorer

I am using the HotBusiness theme, but when I wanna try to open my site with ie I got an error. The site doesnt open. How can I fix this problem where is the mistake...

open css/template_css.css

if you hve this:

header("Content-type: text/css");

remove it

I can not find a header called header("Content-type: text/css");

I think the reason why I am not indexed on google has to do with this problem...

When you set error reporting level to maximum in global configuration , does any warning pop up?

Also did you edit some language files with .php extension and which editor did you used?

I set up to maximum but no errors are appeared...


Could you fix this problem for me, when I give you my ftp and backend login datas via private message?
I only installed the German language after the demo installation of this template...
