Border of Frames in Modulpositions User2 and User4 are broken

Hi,
if i put text into site modules that use possitions "user2 and "user4" i cant see the left or right border lines from the frames even if i pull the window larger.
I tried to add 2 screenshots here with 521kB and 315kB without success.

The image of 300kB is the maximum that you can upload. Make sure the image is JPEG and the resolution is not too high. However, it's better to include the link to your website than attachement. I am not sure we will be able to identify the problem from your attachment.

Her are the screenshots that show user1 and user4 text boxes. The outer frames are cut off.
I have a private test server at home where i migrate my old Joomla3 website before i move it to a public server.
So access to it for you is a little bit complicated. I checked the image sizes of user1 and user5 and they are correct.
What else do i need to validate?

Please provide me with required image sizes of all areas so i can check if that is the reason. Thanks
