Menu link loses

when i change the external URL name i lose the link
exeample #events changed to #evene
I don't understand

my problem is when i change the external URL link #events in menu item, it wont work.
I don't know where to associate my menu item to an article or anchor.
I've just changed my article name, menu item name from ...hotstart installation; then no link to my article (?)

you need to have something like:

inside of article content.
