image doesnt show properly, transition fails

How can I optimize my images for the best results?size 980 px/ 480 px is not working

Our images are 940*340

i have adjust the images i want to use to 940px still doesnt working...Some images (original photo's) are working but not the ones that i have made in photoshop? How comes?

Maybe you have blank char in their names?

I don"t know what you mean with bank char? Included an image that is not working, the transition to the next image fails. I also have bought the Full carousel... and full screen doesnt work either (even if it s enabled)
