Template Manager not working

hi when i enter the template manager for Kindergarten all i get is a blank screen, please see attached

Use latest template version form our download section

our membership has run out

are we able to get this update with out re subscribing?

Unfortunately, you can't get updated files without renewing your subscription,.

i have re subscribed and tried to install the new version of the template but i get the following error

Template Install: There is already a Template using the named directory: Install. Are you trying to install the same template again?

Error installing template

Don't re-install it, just change files via FTP. Skip files you changed if you changed them like template_css.css
