INSTL_ERROR_INITIALISE_SCHEMA was created by clayman

Followed instructions to the letter and get this error message on the database configuration page. Cannot continue with setup past this point.

Ive loaded 100's for joomla site in the past and never had an issue. (first time doing it your way thou)

Can post login details to admin in PM.

Need help ASAP.

Can you upload and install plain Joomla 2.5.6 on this server? You can download it from www.joomla.org

we can do nothing with joomla login because we want to test hot_start , send us ftp or cpanel access
