Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. Your purchase or use of our products or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use.

The websites HotJoomlaTemplates.com, HotWPTemplates.com and HotWebDesignTemplates.com are owned and operated by the company ARHINET D.O.O. registered in Republic of Serbia (reg. no. 20704926).

License Agreement

All of ARHINET D.O.O. Joomla and WordPress products (Joomla templates, Joomla modules, Joomla plugins, WordPress themes and WordPress plugins) are released under the GNU/GPLv2 GPL version 2.0 license. ARHINET D.O.O. grants you license to use the software (Joomla templates, Joomla modules, Joomla plugins, WordPress themes and WordPress plugins) sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You have two options when buying Joomla template or WordPress theme license:

• Single license: You can use licensed template or theme on one domain only. You are not allowed to remove HotJoomlaTemplates.com or HotWPTemplates.com branding of the purchased template. You would be able to download updates of the licensed Joomla templates and WordPress themes without time limits.
• Developer license: You can use template on unlimited number of domains. You are allowed to remove HotJoomlaTemplates.com or HotWPTemplates.com branding of the purchased template. You would be able to download updates of the licensed Joomla templates and WordPress themes without time limits.

You have two options when buying Joomla module, Joomla plugin or WordPress plugin license:

• Support for single domain: You can use licensed module or plugin on unlimited number of domains, but if you need support for the extension you bought, you can ask for support related to one domain only.
• Unlimited support: You can use extension on unlimited number of domains and you can ask for support related to any domain.

You have three options when you subscribe to Joomla Templates Club:

• Silver Plan: You can download all Joomla templates and Joomla extensions released by the date of your subscription. You can download all templates and extensions released three months from date of your subscription. You are licensed to use templates on two domains only. You are not allowed to remove HotJoomlaTemplates.com branding of downloaded templates. When your subscription expire, if you don't renew it, you would not be able to download updates of Joomla templates, Joomla modules or Joomla plugins.
• Gold Plan: You can download all templates and extensions released by date of your subscription. You can download all templates and extensions released twelve months from date of your subscription. You are licensed to use templates on up to five domains only. You are not allowed to remove HotJoomlaTemplates.com branding of downloaded templates. When your subscription expire, if you don't renew it, you would not be able to download updates of Joomla templates, Joomla modules or Joomla plugins.
• Platinum Plan: You can download all templates and extensions released by date of your subscription. You can download all templates released twelve months from date of your subscription.You are licensed to use templates on unlimited number of domains. You are allowed to remove HotJoomlaTemplates.com branding of downloaded templates. When your subscription expire, if you don't renew it, you would not be able to download updates of Joomla templates, Joomla modules or Joomla plugins.

WordPress themes and plugins are not included in Joomla Templates Club membership. WordPress themes and plugins can be licensed only separately under Single license or Developer license terms.

Modifications

You are authorized to make modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes or requests of your client(s). However, you are not permitted to remove any copyright notices within the index.php file or CSS files, nor the XML file. If you need to remove the copyright notice(s), you must purchase Developer license version of the Joomla template or WordPress theme or sign-up for the Platinum Plan (for Joomla products only). The PHP code portions of Joomla templates, Joomla modules, Joomla plugins, WordPress themes and WordPress plugins that interact via linking with the Joomla CMS or WordPress CMS are released under the GPL version 2.0 license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html GNU/GPLv2). Unless otherwise stated, all images, cascading style sheets, non-linked PHP and included JavaScript are NOT GPL, and are released under a proprietary license may not be redistributed or repackaged for use other than those allowed by the Terms of Service

Redistribution

You may not offer our products for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from ARHINET D.O.O.

Ownership

All Joomla templates, Joomla modules, Joomla plugins, WordPress themes and WordPress plugins downloaded from this website are property of ARHINET D.O.O. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. In particular, you agree to keep a discrete link to HotJoomlaTemplates.com or HotWPTemplates.com on the website where you are using our licensed product, unless you bought Developer license. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Refund policy

Since ARHINET D.O.O. is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing products at our site.

Warranty

ARHINET D.O.O. does not warranty or guarantee these Joomla templates, Joomla modules, Joomla plugins, WordPress themes and WordPress plugins or information found on this website in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party software. Browser compatibility should be tested on our demo servers http://demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com and http://demo.hotwptemplates.com prior to license or club membership purchase. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with our products as we can not guarantee that ARHINET D.O.O. products will work with all browser combination.

Support

ARHINET D.O.O. does not offer support related to Joomla, WordPress or 3rd party's software. We offer support only for our Joomla templates, Joomla modules, Joomla plugins, WordPress themes and WordPress plugins. You are welcome to post if you have fair Joomla or WordPress knowledge and your question is related to:

• Finding and resolving errors in our products.
• Questions about installation of our products on your server.
• Instructions how to use our products.
• General questions about our products.

In the following and any other cases, support staff may not reply your question or may delete your post without prior notice:

• If you are a total Joomla or WordPress beginner and ask for Joomla or WordPress related support.
• Questions about modifications of our products. If you decide and have rights to modify our products, we are not obligated to help you in this process.

Title Passage

If you purchase rights to use ARHINET D.O.O. software using a digital distribution method (i.e., you download the template(s) from our authorized site), our obligation to deliver the template copy(s) to you shall be complete at such time as, and place where, the software(s) are first made available to you for download (i.e., at the physical location of our server). At that time and place, all risk of loss of your copy of the downloaded software(s) shall pass to you.

Media files used for demonstration purposes

All images, icons and other media files on our template demonstrations located on the address http://demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com and http://demo.hotwptemplates.com are used for demonstration purposes only. All those media files are taken from the free Internet resources. As per our best knowledge, those media files are not copyrighted. Some of other media files are licensed for use by ARHINET D.O.O. However, after installation of the template you bought from us, you should change all media files used for template demonstration with your own files.

If your copyright has been violated

ARHINET D.O.O. provides templates by in-house and freelance designers and programmers. ARHINET D.O.O. prohibit our designers from using materials that infringes third party intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trademark, trade dress and right of publicity) in their designs. The intellectual property rights owners may contact us if they believe that a designer has infringed their rights. If you let us know that your rights are being infringed by one of our designers or programmers, we will remove the design or software in question from products and, if the designer or programmer continues to infringe your rights, terminate our agreement with the designer or programmer. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by one of our designer or programmer, please contact us immediately.

Branding

The Joomla!^® name is used under a limited license from Open Source Matters in the United States and other countries. HotJoomlaTemplates.com is not affiliated with or endorsed by Open Source Matters or the Joomla! Project. WordPress is a registered trademark of Automattic Inc. HotWPTemplates.com is not affiliated with Automattic Inc. or WordPress.

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. You hereby agree and consent that the sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this license shall be an appropriate court located in the Republic of Serbia.

Privacy Policy

Please read separate Privacy Policy page that's available on this website. By your agreement with this Terms of Service you also confirm that you read and agree with our Privacy Policy.

Changes in this document

ARHINET D.O.O. reserves the right to change or modify current Terms of Service with no prior notice. We may change this Terms of Service from time to time. Changes to this Terms of Service are effective upon posting.  Please check back periodically for updates. If at any point we decide to use change this document in a manner that is materially different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users have a choice to request their data to be deleted from our database by contacting us at any time.
