License: Hot Joomla Templates (in further text HJT) grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the Joomla templates, Joomla video tutorials and other products sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You have two options when buying a single template license:

• Single Domain: You can use template on one domain only. You are not allowed to remove HotJoomlaTemplates.com branding of the purchased template.
• Developer: You can use template on unlimited number of domains. You are allowed to remove HotJoomlaTemplates.com branding of the purchased template.

You have three options when subscribe to Hot Joomla Templates Club:

• Silver Plan: You can download all templates released by date of your subscription. You can download all templates released three months from date of your subscription.You can use template on two domains only. You are not allowed to remove HotJoomlaTemplates.com branding of downloaded templates.
• Gold Plan: You can download all templates released by date of your subscription. You can download all templates released twelve months from date of your subscription.You can use template on up to five domains only. You are not allowed to remove HotJoomlaTemplates.com branding of downloaded templates.
• Platinum Plan: You can download all templates released by date of your subscription. You can download all templates released twelve months from date of your subscription.You can use template on unlimited number of domains. You are allowed to remove HotJoomlaTemplates.com branding of downloaded templates.

Modifications: You are authorized to make modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes or requests of your client(s). However, you are not permitted to remove any copyright within the index.php file or CSS files, nor the XML file. If you need to remove the copyright notice(s), you must purchase Developer license version of our products or sign-up for the Platinum Plan.

Redistribution: You may not offer our products for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from HJT.

Ownership: All products are property of HJT. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. In particular, you agree to have a discrete link to HotJoomlaTemplates.com on the template/website, unless you bought Developer license. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Refund policy: Since HJT is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing products at our site.

Warranty: HJT does not warranty or guarantee these templates and tutorials in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that HJT templates will work with all browser combination.

Changes in this document: HJT reserves the right to change or modify current Terms of Service with no prior notice.
