Hot Templates Problem with Hot Menu was created by euilias

I have a problem with the HOT Menu, i follow instructions but i cannot achieve any Menu Animation Effect.

What is going wrong , any ideas?

Check for this in module settings:

Menu Style = list (this is only if you use j1.5)
Menu Tag ID = nav
Always Show Sub-menu Items = Yes
