Admin works but can't open website

I installed the template (HVT002 - eCommerce). I can open the Admin fine but when I try to open the website, I get this message : "Do you want to open or save BoostRules_com (35.6kb) from www.BoostRules.com ?" When I click on OPEN it asks me what program I want to use to open the site. I click on InternetExplorer and it opens the website in another window. If I click on SAVE it just returns to the Explorer home page.

I visited your site and it loads normally. Perhaps you have already fixed the problem.
