virtuemart 2 tax for many states help

I have tax set up for every state but when i pick select all options under the Pricing rules overrides in product information it always goes to the last tax state I added its supposed to show all taxes listed not just one. same way under Product Categories and Shopper Group you can pick select all options and it shows everything

plus i DON'T want the total showing the tax included until its check out time why does it show even though it doesn't know where the shippers is located.

has anyone figured this out in this forum i posted in VM forum as well

I can't get exactly what is issue without seeing it, anyway it looks like it's not template related so we will leave that to vm forum
