Sparky Pro lost style sheet in admin.

Hi, I have loaded the latest SparkyPro 2.4.1 template onto site but when i set the template as default i get the expected message front end as shown in the screenshot 'capture' but when i go into the backend and try going to template manager and choosing sparky to setup the layouts i get a no sytlesheet problem? see 'capture1'

what am i missing.. i have done lots of sites with your themes but this is the 1st time i have had issues loading sparky?

Please re-download Sparky from our site and try to install it again. If the problem persists, you probably have permissions problem on your server. However, I can tell you exactly because I need access of your Joomla to inspect this. So, please open a support ticket and provide access details.
