I am the founder of www.bidar.tv which is an international entertainment network to promote artists globally. I am not a developer myself, and when I put bidar.tv together first about 2 years ago, I used the Joomla 1.0 CMS and purchased a ready to use template to start the site. However, now I am at a point that I think I need to re-design the site with more advertising/marketing capability especially for the homepage.

I am interested to hear your thoughts on this project.
