You can't edit this. This is part of Joomla core. Also, I don't understand why you need to edit it?

I would need to edit this code because on any shared hosting account, it is takign a favicon that it at the root of your hosting accounts. So if you have twenty websites, it will take the favicon that is at the root of the hosting directory.

Sir,
This is an issue with your template. Your template should have the line of code for the favicon to be editable in the html document, but it is not. The Joomla forums are no going to have help for a fix needed in your template.

This is not issue at all. If it's issue for you, it is issue with Joomla, not related with any template.
