I CANNOT INSTAL ONE TEMPLATE I BOUGHT FROM HOTJOOMLATEMPLATES NEITHER WITH HOT START EITHER WITH BASIC INSTALLATION.WHAT CAN I DO?

Please disable SEF links in global Joomla configuration or enable SEF with mod_rewrite. Rename htaccess.txt file to .htaccess (in Joomla root). Some servers does not support Joomla SEF.

you mean to try first to <<disable SEF links in global Joomla configuration or enable SEF with mod_rewrite.>> and then to<< Rename htaccess.txt file to .htaccess (in Joomla root).>>

end at the hot start the error message is:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /test/installation/index.php on this server.
Apache Server at Port 80

You have problem with folder permissions on this server. Please delete everything and re-upload files. Then make sure that ALL Joomla folders have permissions set to 755 and all files permissions set to 644. If you don't know how to do it, you may consult hosting provider.

If your server is running in 'safe mode' this is not a Joomla friendly server.
