E-Commerce Installation Error

Thank you. I've done all this and they informed they don't have a problem. In any case, they say i can create a joomla site with their automatic install using "simple scipts" and they promise it will install. Assuming this is correct, I will then upload the template using the normal method but this will not get me a site like your demo. Is there any way I can make a site similar to the demo in a different way than your instructions?

Yes, after standard template installation, you should install all components/modules/plugins that are part of the template pack. Finally, through phpMyAdmin, extecute SQL script that you can found in hotstart pack in /installation/sql/mysql/sample_data.sql
