Slider in the trash, but is does NOT disappear!

Again: only a grey rectangle.
I really gave the right pathname, and filled the slots with the right image names - not immediatly but some minutes later. I tried with of withoud Load jQuery. All is still local.

Initially I saw a black rectangle, changes the color to #ccc and it turned grey. Now I can not change the background color again.
A new, quick try succeeded. But with too small pictures, so worthless.

And hey, what's this! I removed the old custom-module with your slider. Throwed it in the trash, but is wil NOT disappear!
Logged out, logged in, but the removed Hot Image slider is still there! Is doesn't exist anymore, but is still there!
I removed the other two tries to the trash, and they will not disappear!
Hey, I am scared…

Maybe this programm is not ready for Joomla 2.5.6 ??

Make sure you installed module version for Joomla 2.5.

When we don't have live link we can't inspect your code. Please inspect your code and check where the module is looking for images. You will see the images links. Try to enter them directly in browser. Do you see the images or the paths are wrong?

I quit. It was a mess.
I builded the whole site again. Without Hot Slider. Now I'm happy.

Maybe I give Hot slider another try later.
