I have a question.

1. If you disable the image buttons the bar stays. Is it possible to get rid of bar too and just flash the images. It seems to overpower the image.

Yes, and we discussed it already. Please search this forum for detailed info. Basically, you need to edit PNG image that's used for transparency effect.
