slide-controls bar not clickable...

My images in the hot image slider are clickable, except for the area of the slide-controls bar (showing image text over images).

How can I make this bar clickable as well?

That is behavior of slider , if you want add that functionality you can try to edit scripts.js, there is definition of slider.
