messed up layout with submenu article

Hi i searched the forum but couldn't find an awnser. The hotnewsflash is getting messed up if i try to open an article wich is an submenu. Don't know why and can't fix it. Maybe somebody else knows what to do.

I checked all pages of your site and Hot Newsflash looks the same and correct. Did you already fix that?
