Unnumber List Item was created by dwaynedeq

Regarding the HOT NewsFlash of which I recently installed and all was running well but now I see "Unnumbered List Item" that somehow got introduced into above the Article Name Field.

How can I remove the List Item? and How was it introduced into the application?
