Border missing on Phoca Nature

I was wondering if you could take a look at my site. I've added a top module to house HOT Newsflash, however, it doesn't have the same border as the rest of the modules. It's at stpaullcms.net/ . Thank you!

Did you check module parameters of Hot Newsflash? You can set border width and border color there.
