OK, you should edit your template. Open index.php file and find code for this module position

<jdoc:include type="modules" name="bottom4" />

Then wrap it inside

<center><jdoc:include type="modules" name="bottom4" /></center>

Maybe the better solution is to raise module width, and width of tabs. You can edit those in module parameters.
