Hot Corporate Template

Just installed the Hot Corporate template as a new installation. I got to the admin control panel and it was Joomla version unknown as well as extensions unknown. When I click on update Joomla I get the following message

0 SQL=SELECT DISTINCT update_site_id, type, location, last_check_timestamp, extra_query FROM ef3j5_update_sites WHERE enabled = 1

Please advise on how to correct.

Can you use admin at all?

Yes, that is where I read the database error message, in the admin update section.

GO to extensions , Updates , there you will see button to clear update cache. Click on it.

I ended up clicking on Extension Manager -> Database and found 4 errors. I clicked on "Fix" and three of the issues went away. At which time the Joomla versions said it was up to date. Now I have only one error message remaining that is below.

Database schema version (3.2.3-2014-02-20) does not match CMS version (3.2.3).

Any help on correcting the above Database error would be appreciated.

Please consult joomla forum, seams there is issue with latest updates since we got few of reports of similar problems.
