Contact form not showing CAPTCHA was created by hopefulfarm

Captcha is not working on our mobility site on our Contacts pages (component) despite it being enabled in the component. All keys are entered, and CAPTCHA does work elsewhere on our site.

We need this to work on our contacts form to avoid spam!

On that template we use joomla default contact form, so I think that is related to something else. Better you ask on joomla forum.
