Ok... If I understood, I have to create a new module position as user-4, over the USER-3, in order to include a MINI MENU.
I'll get more information about how to do it changing the commercial template I've got...

Hi,
resize height of that page part as described in previous answers (for logo).
then put
<div id="user4_container">
<jdoc:include type="modules" name="user4" style="none" />
</div>
between top panel and user3
in layout.css
add:
#user4_container{
float:right;
text-align:right;
}
that should do it.
