Contact Form with phone and company info

Hi, Guys!
I expected to use a Contact Form with more visitor details fields.
I'd like to know if we could customize the Contct Form, or we should change the current component for other.

I want to add some info detais as:

- visitors phone number
- visitors position
- visitors company's name

Use "Contact Display Options" in menu item settings(menu item of type contact), or install some 3rd party component for creating nice contact forms.

I'm afraid this parameter settings you have suggested is related to My Contacts Info...
I need to get more information filled out by my visitors...

I'll follow your other suggestion about looking for a 3rd part Contact Component.
