As I told you, you have an extension that is not loading jQuery properly. This is "com_revslider". Instead of loading Joomla's jQuery, it probably disables the loading of Joomla's jQuery and includes its own modified jQuery. Therefore, you can't use it together with our module.

I disabled the rev sliderSo as expected, the rev slider jquery error is gone but the "Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).flickity is not a function" is still here. It only goes away when I disable the carrousel. The pb is still remaining. I keep it with rev slider off if you wanna check.Just in case, can you check this file? I'm not a jquery pro.
For the story, we had the free version nicely working since few years and it felt down after an update. I really think something went wrong somewhere.
Regards.

Maybe you have any other extension that prevents loading of jQuery?
Or maybe your template has an option to disable loading of jQuery? Please try to use our carousel with default Joomla template to confirm if it works. If it works, it’s template issue. Otherwise, it’s related to an extension.
