Background color

How do I change the module row color of HOT Joomla Carousel? It is a dark gray now. I also tried HOT Joomla Carousel PRO but it does not have a way to change the background color that I see.

That colors can be controlled by module parameters when you use Module Manager->Hot Joomala Carousel Pro

Look at ravemobility.com you will see the background of the carousel is gray.

there is an image that is pattern for that background:
ravemobility.com/templates/hot_mobility/images/content_bg.png
so you need to change this image.
