Problem sorted!thanx a lot for the hint,when i contacted support asked me what was about and explained em,so they got into my account and fixed the problem!

You must name your logo as "logo.png" and upload it to /templates/hot_architecture/logo.png folder (overwrite existing).

When you click this link www.excelnetworks.org/test/templates/hot...ture/images/logo.png your logo should appear.
