Modify .psd source (...girl) and site background

Dear all,
My problem is that I need to replace girl image and then manage the position of the new image. Then also I need to remove the image on top left and modify the written "Boutique" on top right.
For these aims, how can I manage/modify the .psd source and that put these modification in css/hmtl... or whatever? :huh:

The easiest way is to find images that you want to change in /templates/hot_boutique/images folder. Then create yours with same format and size and upload them in this folder (overwrite existing).
