how can i remove the background image was created by kselseise

how can i remove the background image completely so that the image of girl, the word boutique and the backgrounds completly vanish.

Please create an empty white PNG image, 1x1 in pixels. Name it as girl_bg.png and upload it in /templates/hot_boutique/images (overwrite original).

Thanks. however now the the background colour is in the top left and right conrners. how to make it a white background.
