Perhaps XML file of the template is somehow damaged. You will need to reinstall template. Don't do entire HotStart installation again, just re-install template through Joomla.

i have had the same error message of which i attach a file for your reference so you may be able to see which page it occurs on.i have installed and unistalled a few times with the same message displayed each time.

Are you using an empty Database for installation?
What's your MySQL server version?

I am using wamp server on windows, it is an empty database and the version is 5.1.53.
