Is There a Parameter Tab on Joomla 1.6 Admin was created by Poeticmindz Productions

I am using the Hot Rockin - Joomla Template but when people go to my website it still says "Hot Rockin - Joomla Template" on the tab and it is still in the center of the website layout. Does ANYONE know how to remove this... I was advised to go to the parameters on the admin for the template but with Joomla 1.6 upgrade I do not see this option... "Any ideas?"
