Drop-down Menu Doesn't Drop When Hovering On It!

Hi!

I've had this problem with the fresh installation of the template (Not Hot start). When you hover on the menu item the sub-menu doesn't drop-down as it should. You have to click on the menu item to make the drop-down show.

Could you please provide some insight?

In menu module settings set Menu Tag ID = "nav"

The "nav" tag was there but I needed to select "shew submenu"!
